I hereby authorise ICICI Bank Limited to share my account number, date of transaction and amount donated to Armed Forces Flag Day Fund (“AFFD”) for the purposes of provision of Section 80G tax exemption certificate(s), utilisation report(s) and any other reporting(s) or disclosure(s) in relation to the above donation. The donation is made by me on my free will and I understand that no reversal of the amount donated is allowed..This campaign is organised in association with AFFDF.
